最近,東北農業大學發表了一篇名為《Structure characterization of polysaccharide isolated from Ribes nigrum L. and it's bioactivity against gout》的文章。該研究采用微波輔助雙水相技術從黑醋栗中提取兩種雜多糖PRNP-1和PRNP-2。用分子對接和分子動力學模擬分析表明,PRNP-2與黃嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的結合能力優於PRNP-1。PRNPs可明顯降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸和肌酐濃度,並降低XOD活性。而XOD活性是治療痛風的有效方法。因此,PRNPs可能是治療痛風的潛在天然治療劑。

痛風概述
痛(tong)風(feng)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)代(dai)謝(xie)和(he)炎(yan)症(zheng)疾(ji)病(bing),由(you)血(xue)液(ye)中(zhong)尿(niao)酸(suan)水(shui)平(ping)長(chang)期(qi)過(guo)高(gao)引(yin)起(qi)。而(er)尿(niao)酸(suan)來(lai)自(zi)嘌(piao)呤(ling),嘌(piao)呤(ling)存(cun)在(zai)於(yu)人(ren)體(ti)組(zu)織(zhi)和(he)許(xu)多(duo)食(shi)物(wu)中(zhong)。嘌(piao)呤(ling)分(fen)解(jie)後(hou)會(hui)變(bian)成(cheng)尿(niao)酸(suan),正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),尿(niao)酸(suan)會(hui)隨(sui)尿(niao)液(ye)排(pai)出(chu)體(ti)外(wai)。但(dan)是(shi),當(dang)尿(niao)酸(suan)生(sheng)成(cheng)過(guo)多(duo)或(huo)排(pai)出(chu)過(guo)少(shao)時(shi),尿(niao)酸(suan)就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)血(xue)液(ye)中(zhong)積(ji)聚(ju),從(cong)而(er)引(yin)起(qi)炎(yan)症(zheng),即(ji)痛(tong)風(feng)發(fa)作(zuo)。

黑醋栗簡介
黑醋栗(Ribes Nigrum)又叫黑加侖(Blackcurrant),是一種高1至1.5米mi的de濃nong密mi灌guan木mu,屬shu於yu醋cu栗li科ke,原yuan產chan於yu西xi伯bo利li亞ya,目mu前qian在zai中zhong歐ou和he東dong歐ou以yi及ji亞ya洲zhou等deng溫wen帶dai地di區qu野ye生sheng生sheng長chang。它ta的de葉ye子zi有you裂lie片pian,邊bian緣yuan有you齒chi。果guo子zi未wei成cheng熟shu時shi為wei綠lv色se,成cheng熟shu後hou為wei紫zi紅hong色se或huo紫zi黑hei色se,味wei酸suan甜tian,成cheng串chuan懸xuan掛gua。黑hei醋cu栗li主zhu要yao因yin其qi果guo實shi而er被bei種zhong植zhi,但dan其qi芽ya也ye富fu含han萜tie烯xi(檸檬烯、水芹烯)和含氧化合物(芳樟醇、香茅醇)的精油。其葉子含有黃酮類化合物、低聚原花青素、單寧(8.5%)和酚酸。漿果中含有大量花青素。據報道,每100克黑醋栗果中花青素含量在80至280毫克之間。黑加侖中含有的主要黃酮醇包括槲皮素、楊梅素和山奈酚及其糖苷。每100克黑醋栗果還含有約70-280毫克維生素C。另外,據報道,黑醋栗果實中K、Na、Mg、P、Ca的含量均較高。

黑醋栗的抗炎研究
小鼠研究表明,黑醋栗提取物可抑製M1型xing巨ju噬shi細xi胞bao極ji化hua並bing降jiang低di促cu炎yan反fan應ying。研yan究jiu人ren員yuan稱cheng,黑hei醋cu栗li代dai謝xie物wu可ke能neng不bu是shi通tong過guo改gai變bian巨ju噬shi細xi胞bao表biao型xing產chan生sheng直zhi接jie的de抗kang炎yan作zuo用yong,而er是shi通tong過guo抑yi製zhi肥fei胖pang相xiang關guan炎yan症zheng因yin子zi的de產chan生sheng。一yi項xiang小xiao鼠shu模mo型xing研yan究jiu表biao明ming,每mei公gong斤jin小xiao鼠shu口kou服fu10毫克新西蘭黑醋栗補充劑可有效減少肺部炎症。

黑醋栗葉提取物還可以抑製IFN-α介導的HaCaT角質形成細胞炎症,並可用於Th1炎症疾病,例如牛皮癬和關節炎。、
另外,使用角叉菜膠誘發的大鼠爪水腫和角叉菜膠誘發的胸膜炎分析了從黑醋栗葉中分離的原花青素(PAC)的抗炎作用。研究結果提示黑醋栗葉中的原花青素抗炎作用的主要機製主要在於幹擾白細胞的遷移,此外PACs還能抑製體內一氧化氮的釋放。

黑醋栗的其他作用
1)抗氧化和神經保護
嘌呤能信號在衰老和神經退行性疾病中起著重要作用,這些疾病與記憶力下降有關。有研究調查了黑醋栗及其與多奈呱齊(一種用於治療阿爾茨海默病的藥物)的結合對學習和記憶、嘌呤能信號調節、促炎反應和氧化標誌物的影響,這些影響發生在由東莨菪堿慢性誘發的認知障礙小鼠模型中。將動物分為12組,用黑醋栗(50或100 mg/kg)和/或多奈呱齊(5 mg/kg)和/或東莨菪堿(1 mg/kg)治療。結果表明,東莨菪堿降低了空間學習和記憶能力(通過Morris水迷宮測試評估),而用黑醋栗和/或多奈呱齊治療可恢複這些影響。總體而言,黑醋栗和/或huo多duo奈nai呱pai齊qi治zhi療liao可ke改gai善shan多duo奈nai呱pai齊qi誘you導dao的de認ren知zhi能neng力li下xia降jiang,減jian輕qing氧yang化hua應ying激ji和he促cu炎yan反fan應ying,並bing改gai善shan嘌piao呤ling能neng信xin號hao傳chuan導dao。這zhe些xie發fa現xian強qiang調tiao了le黑hei醋cu栗li的de潛qian力li,尤you其qi是shi與yu多duo奈nai呱pai齊qi結jie合he時shi,可ke作zuo為wei預yu防fang與yu衰shuai老lao或huo神shen經jing係xi統tong疾ji病bing相xiang關guan的de記ji憶yi缺que陷xian的de治zhi療liao劑ji。
2)調節血糖

3)視力和眼睛健康
黑醋栗花青素對小雞、健康人類受試者和青光眼患者的視力和眼部健康均有積極影響。口服 黑醋栗花青素和靜脈注射黑加侖花青素可顯著抑製小雞因負晶狀體引起的玻璃體腔深度和眼軸長度的延長。
在健康人中,急性攝入黑醋栗花青素可改善暗適應和工作引起的短暫性近視變化。服用黑醋栗花青素2周可顯著降低健康受試者的眼壓。
研究發現,使用黑醋栗花青素24個月可降低青光眼患者的眼壓,延緩視野缺損,並提高眼血流量。
4)抗過敏
此外,黑醋栗常被認為是一種天然抗組織胺劑,適合緩解過敏症狀,可改善氣喘、支氣管炎和皮膚炎等。
